Install the ToolJagat app
On your phone and computer, works even without internet.
The button installs directly on Chrome, Edge and Brave (Android, Windows, Mac). On iPhone and iPad it shows the Safari steps. Already installed? Open the app from your home screen.
Why install it
-
Works offline
Every calculator is saved on your device. Poor signal in a lift, a train or a village? The tools still open and calculate.
-
Opens instantly
No app store download, no 50 MB update. The app is the website itself, under 3 MB, and it opens in under a second.
-
Free, no account
No sign-up, no subscription, no in-app purchases. Add it to your phone or desktop in two taps.
-
Nothing leaves your device
Loan amounts, salaries and dates are calculated on your phone. The app never uploads what you type.
Android (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet)
- Open tooljagat.com in Chrome.
- Tap Install app on the home page, or open the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right and tap Add to Home screen → Install.
- Confirm with Install. The ToolJagat icon appears on your home screen and in the app drawer.
- Long-press the icon to jump straight to the EMI, SIP, PPF, Age or Number-to-Words calculator.
Samsung Internet shows a download icon in the address bar instead; tap it and choose Add.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open tooljagat.com in Safari (not inside WhatsApp, Instagram or Gmail's built-in browser).
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen: the square with an arrow pointing up.
- Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top right. ToolJagat now opens full screen from your home screen.
Chrome on iPhone also works: tap Share in its menu, then Add to Home Screen. iOS 16.4 or newer is recommended so the app keeps working offline.
Windows (Chrome, Edge)
- Open tooljagat.com in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Click Install app on the home page, or click the install icon at the right end of the address bar (a monitor with a down arrow). In Edge you can also use the menu (…) → Apps → Install ToolJagat.
- Click Install. ToolJagat opens in its own window and is added to the Start menu; pin it to the taskbar if you like.
Mac (Safari, Chrome)
- Safari 17 or newer (macOS Sonoma): open tooljagat.com, then choose File → Add to Dock and click Add.
- Chrome or Edge: click Install app on the home page, or the install icon in the address bar, then Install. The app appears in Launchpad and the Applications → Chrome Apps folder.
Updates and removal
The app updates itself. When a new version is ready you see a small “New update available – Refresh” message at the bottom of the page; tap Refresh to switch. Until then the saved version keeps working, online or offline.
To remove it: long-press the icon on Android or iPhone and choose Uninstall / Remove App; on Windows or Mac open the app, click the three-dot menu in its title bar and choose Uninstall ToolJagat.
Frequently asked questions
Is the ToolJagat app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store?
No. ToolJagat is a web app (PWA) that you install directly from the browser, so there is nothing to search for in an app store. The steps on this page take about 10 seconds. You get the same icon on your home screen, a full-screen window without browser bars, and offline use.
Does the app really work without internet?
Yes. On your first visit the app saves all tool pages, fonts and icons on your device. After that every calculator opens and calculates with no connection. When you are online again, it quietly checks for updates and shows a small “New update available – Refresh” message if there is a newer version.
How much storage does it use?
Under 3 MB in total, including the Hindi pages and fonts. That is less than a single photo. The app stores no history of what you calculate.
Is it safe? Does it collect my data?
The app is the same website running in a dedicated window. Everything you type stays in your browser; nothing is sent to our servers. Read the privacy policy for the full details on cookies and ads.
I cannot see an “Install” option. Why?
Some browsers do not support installing web apps (for example Firefox on desktop). Use Chrome, Edge or Brave on Android, Windows and Mac, or Safari on iPhone and iPad. If the button on this page does nothing, follow the manual steps for your device above.
How do I remove the app?
On Android and iPhone, long-press the icon and choose Uninstall or Remove App. On Windows and Mac, open the app, click the three-dot menu in its title bar and choose Uninstall ToolJagat. Nothing else is left behind.
Will the Hindi tools also work in the app?
Yes. Install from the Hindi home page (tooljagat.com/hi/) and the app opens in Hindi with the Hindi tool names. Both versions share the same offline files.
